Business Support in Occitania: Inauguration of the Institut Mines-Télécom Premises in Montpellier

On Thursday, May 2, the premises of the Institut Mines-Télécom, provided by Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole as part of their partnership with the Agency for Development and Transitions, were officially inaugurated.

The day was also marked by a conference titled “Circular Economy Useful for All? Its Implementation from Companies to Territories…”

Audrey Tanguy, a research professor at Mines Saint-Étienne, Miguel Lopez-Ferber, a research professor at IMT Mines Alès, and Valérie Laforest, a research professor at Mines Saint-Étienne, presented, through their research, how companies and local authorities can implement this model for their transition. They emphasized the use of tools such as life cycle analysis and methodologies for implementing industrial and territorial ecology.

This inauguration took place in the presence of Assia Tria, director of IMT Mines Alès, and Estelle Assaf, director of development and valorization at the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, representing Odile Gauthier, Director General of the Institut Mines-Télécom.
